I do not know about the code to know the mystery ticket, but I have no codes that Batlle Ho-oh, Lugia and Deoxys are 97E24BE207AD for 4A4B38B0A7BD Ho-oh, 97E24BE207AD, 8920C9A9E1F4 and 97E24BE207AD for deoxys, lugia for 09197DBC6493. Hope this helps.
